Cancellation Policy: If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your reservation or you would be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us at 361-814-8899 so we may reschedule you and accommodate those guests who are waiting for a reservation. As a courtesy to our Salon as well as to those guests who are waiting to schedule with the service provider, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you do not cancel or reschedule your reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may assess a $75.00 “no-show” service charge to your credit card account. This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable. Your Credit Card will be billed directly for it.
